Who is Equal Adventure?
Based in the ‘Highlands’ Equal Adventure is a not-for-profit social enterprise specialising in the design and production of equipment and training
to enable people with disabilities to access outdoor adventure.
What do we do?
Our mission is simple:
- To design, develop and deliver equipment and resources that meet the functional needs of individuals keen to access outdoor adventure
- To provide training, resources and support to those centres - instructors, coaches and volunteers - eager to offer ‘inclusive’ activities in their provision
The equipment is aimed at the needs of the
individual but it’s our unique approach to the training that
provides advisers, coaches and instructors with the encouragement and confidence
to provide the ‘all inclusive’ package.
